David Holloway
David is a highly experienced dialogue facilitator and conflict management trainer and has worked both locally and internationally. As a founder member of Community Dialogue, he has been leading the organisation as Director in recent years.
David holds a degree in Archaeology and a PhD in Social Anthropology. He began his career as an archaeologist and anthropologist before dedicating himself to peacebuilding activism in 1991- a commitment that continues to this day.

Anne Carr
 Anne has been engaging groups in meaningful dialogue within and across communities for over 40 years. She has worked extensively, both locally and internationally.  Her focus has been fostering social cohesion, encouraging ease with difference, supporting women’s visibility and empowerment and working tirelessly to transform division into connection. Anne is a founder member of Community Dialogue. 
In 2008, she was delighted to receive the 

N. I Community Relations Council Award for Exceptional Achievement in Peacebuilding.

Lyn Moffett
Lyn has over 30 years’ experience in conflict resolution and community cohesion. She has led peacebuilding initiatives with Ulster University, Kilcranny House, and Building Communities Resource Centre, and is an experienced trainer and dialogue facilitator on issues of identity, equality, and reconciliation. Currently Co-Chair of Community Dialogue and Chair of The Junction, Lyn was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by Ulster University in 2023 for her contribution to peacebuilding.

Maureen Hetherington

Maureen has been involved in community relations practice for over 25 years, formerly as a Community Relations Officer for Derry City Council and subsequently the progenitor and CEO of The Junction: Community Relations and Peacebuilding.

Carol Lundy
Carol has been involved with Community Dialogue since 1998 both as an active dialogue participant and in a range of finance support roles within the organisation. She is deeply committed to peacebuilding and building an inclusive, fair and just society.. Carol has held the position of Finance Manager at Shankill Shared Women’s Centre for many years. Carol joins us a Specialist Member bringing extensive finance administration experience to our team.

Gordon McDade
Gordon is an experienced dialogue facilitator as well as an executive coach, mentor, mediator, trainer and facilitator over many years in many contexts. His favourite quote is "There is no power for change greater than a community discovering what it cares about." Margaret Wheatley.

Neil is a Barrister and has been involved in mediation and dialogue facilitation for many years in a variety of community settings. He is Moderator of the Dialogue Forum engagement group, member of Community Dialogue and a Trustee of Inch Island Centre for Renewal and Rewilding with Oak.

Jim O'Neill                    

Jim has been involved in peace building work for over 40 years. He has served on a number of committees of various community relations organisations including Towards Understanding and Healing of which he was joint chair, St. Columb’s Park House where he also served as chair and was a Board member of the Junction in Derry. More recently he was Programme Manager for Community Dialogue from 2009 to 2024. Jim has facilitated many dialogue sessions over the years both before and during his tenure at Community Dialogue. He has particular interest in using the arts as a tool for dialogue through drama and music and uses his skills as a singer songwriter to enhance people’s creativity.

Kathy Wolff
Kathy Wolff has dedicated over 35 years to community and peacebuilding. With a diverse career from one of Northern Ireland’s first female bus drivers to teaching English in Hong Kong she’s also contributed to groups such as the Police and Community Safety Partnership, Peace Plus, and the Greater North Belfast Women’s Network. A strong advocate for women’s empowerment and community development, Kathy received the 2025 CRC Exceptional Achievement Award for her lifelong commitment to building relationships and fostering inclusion.

Angela Mulholland    

Angela is passionate about peacebuilding, community relations and community development. She has extensive experience facilitating educational, cultural and historical workshops and works tirelessly to provide opportunities for civic voices to be heard. She is currently Manager of West Bann Community Organisation, having spent the previous 14 years delivering Community Relations/Good Relations programmes for Building Community Resources Centre, Ballymoney. Much of Angela’s recent work has been with women in local communities, supporting and empowering them in community leadership roles.

Jude McNeill
 Jude is a highly experienced mediator, facilitator and trainer. She is an Associate with Mediation N.I. and has extensive working knowledge of local government in a number of council areas. She has delivered training programmes in conflict resolution, towards understanding, positive encounter dialogue and health and community development to accredited levels. She worked in the Department of Justice Interfaces Team and Cross Executive Locality programme. She is currently studying a PHD in Hidden Architecture at Ulster University and holds an MSc in Rural Development and Project Management.

Charmain Jones

Charmain is currently employed by the Northern Ireland Rural Women’s Network as the Maximising Community Spaces Project Manager (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) through PEACE PLUS. Charmain has worked for over 25 years in the field of Good Relations, Peacebuilding, Community Development and Youth Development. representing rural communities at local, regional and at international level. She co-developed the first digital toolkit for NI on Women, Peace and Security and is currently undertaking a Masters Degree in Trauma Studies through Wave Trauma and University College Cork.

Risa Basselin
 

Risa is a graduate of International Relations and Politics from QUB. While writing and researching a dissertation on structural inequities in Northern Ireland in relation to ethnic minorities, Risa worked as a youth worker and community worker. In the past few years, Risa has continued her youth and community work while also researching race and racism across Northern Ireland. This research has been put into a workshop Risa delivers to young people about how to have conversations with friends and family members about race, immigration, and difficult topics surrounding ethnic minorities.
