Dialogue Facilitation

Our needs responsive, user friendly dialogue facilitation methods and tools have been developed over many years. Our processes help shift the focus from initial stated positions that we often argue over, to our shared underlying needs, therefore building empathetic connection – this is the foundation stone of peace and social well-being and the crucial first step in building social cohesion.
We offer focused projects and co-design them to specific needs.
Number of participants, venue space and session architecture, participant profiles and needs based requirements, agreed use of creative and sense making inputs – each designed with care and with positive outcomes as the goal.
